Teacher Talk Tuesday


It’s Teacher Talk Tuesday!  Today is all about advice for new teachers. There is so much great advice out there for new teachers!  Just remember to take it slow and use what works for you.  Always remember why you are doing this job in the first place.  Take the time to enjoy the kids!  The other day I walked into my classroom and found this note slipped under my door.  This kind of stuff makes me love my job every day!  Good luck in your career and I hope you get to feel this loved!

    That is so sweet! I love seeing my little sweeties from last year in the hall. They hug and hold on tight! Kindergarten is the BEST!

Back to School Giveaway!

  I can not believe it has been two years since I opened my little   TPT   Store!!!   I am so thankful   for all of the support I have found.   I started my store thinking that if I could make back the money for what I spent on clip art, then I could buy more clip art to make more stuff for my classroom.   When I make stuff for my classroom, I share it.   Then I get to buy more clip art! Now, it has turned into a hobby that I   truly   enjoy.  The first big project I made was my behavior calendars.  I update them every year and they are still free. They are a great tool for communicating with parents.   The first item I made for purchase was my kissing hand unit.  It was so difficult because I was just learning how to create products.  In the end I love they way it turned out.   So, in honor of my two year TPT anniversary I am giving away 3 copies of my Kissing Hand Unit (If you already own it or teach a different grade level you can just pick something different).  Th
