Well one thing about summer, I'm getting better at keeping up with the blog (sort of).  What is it they say?  You have to do something like 100 times before it becomes a habit?  I made up the that stat but it sounds good!

I'm so grateful for all of the bloggers and readers out their who make me feel like it's okay to keep working on school stuff through the summer (I'm only really working on stuff that I like doing)!

Anyway, I'm throwing back to my post about easy desk tags.  So many people have downloaded these easy   desk tags.  I hope they can help you out!


So the name tags are free and I will get to them in just a second but I thought I'd share the reason why I made them first.  I haven't taught half-day kindergarten in a while, but when I did, I always had everything color coded.  I used to buy these perfect name tags.  They were exactly the same, they had letters and numbers, and they came in yellow or green.  Perfect! Yellow for the AM and green for the PM. Now, they only make the green :(  So, I made these name tags.  I can just print them on different colors of paper and I wont even have to go to the store when I need new ones!

I'm thinking I might make some thematic name tags soon, but here is what I have for now!  If you can use them they are available at my Teachers Pay Teachers Store!

Back to School Giveaway!

  I can not believe it has been two years since I opened my little   TPT   Store!!!   I am so thankful   for all of the support I have found.   I started my store thinking that if I could make back the money for what I spent on clip art, then I could buy more clip art to make more stuff for my classroom.   When I make stuff for my classroom, I share it.   Then I get to buy more clip art! Now, it has turned into a hobby that I   truly   enjoy.  The first big project I made was my behavior calendars.  I update them every year and they are still free. They are a great tool for communicating with parents.   The first item I made for purchase was my kissing hand unit.  It was so difficult because I was just learning how to create products.  In the end I love they way it turned out.   So, in honor of my two year TPT anniversary I am giving away 3 copies of my Kissing Hand Unit (If you already own it or teach a different grade level you can just pick something different).  Th
